It’s the official online store for the SpongeBob Adventures: In A Jam game, where you can purchase exclusive and great-value offers, discover unique deals, and earn additional rewards.

How do I log in to make a purchase?

You can log in using the same Facebook account linked to your game or by entering your Player ID (we recommend copying it directly from the game settings to avoid mistakes).


If you choose to log in via Facebook, make sure that:

  1. the game is installed on your device;
  2. your game progress is connected to Facebook in the game settings;
  3. you are logged into the same Facebook account on your device (where you have the game installed).


Once logged in, verify that you are on the correct account before making a purchase. You can check the player name displayed at the top of the Web Shop and make sure it matches the one in your game.

Where do my purchases go?

Everything you buy goes straight to your SpongeBob Adventures: In A Jam game once payment is complete. Just return to the game, and your items should appear.

What if I don’t get my purchase?

If your resources don’t appear in your game after a purchase, try restarting the game and checking your balance. Still missing something? Tap the Support button in the game settings and send us your Player ID, receipt, and a short description of what happened.

Why did my payment fail?

First, make sure you have enough funds to complete the purchase. Payment can also fail due to temporary issues or bank restrictions. Please try again or use a different payment method if needed.
